What not to do if your mobile gets wet?

The hard reset with the power and volume button is the least advisable, the phone is put in Recovery mode and if it is done incorrectly and / or the phone has a problem, it may not turn on again.

1) Turn off the device, press and hold «Volume up» key + «Power» key until LCD light turns on to enter recovery mode;

 

2) Press «Volume» key to select «Wipe data / factory reset» and press «Power» key to confirm

Atención antes de enviar tu equipo

Antes de enviar su equipo a reparar es muy importante que siga los siguientes pasos:

1. En primer lugar debe realizar una copia de seguridad.
2. Desactive la función Buscar Mi iPhone.


  Puede realizarlo a través de su dispositivo móvil con estos sencillos pasos que le explicamos en el siguiente video (link al video).

También puede entrar en su cuenta de iCloud (link a icloud.com) desde un ordenador y desactivar la función desde ahí.

Es imprescindible que su equipo esté apagado y que elija la opción ‘Eliminar’. Si presiona el botón de borrar únicamente eliminaras toda la información que contenga el equipo, pero la función seguirá activada.
